Abstract: |
LSECs from male Sprague Dawley rats were cultured on collagen type-I in 5% oxygen atmosphere in DMEM with serum-free supplements for 2-24h. Quantitative proteomics using a tandem mass tag (TMT)6-plex strategy on Q-Exactive mass spectrometer. The worksheet contains the normalized reporter intensities for the 3 biological replicates for 5 samples representing 2h control, 24h control, 24h+IL-1beta, 24h + Dex, 24h + Dex and IL-1 beta |
