Abstract: |
Data for the article Regional distribution of a brain-encysting parasite provides insights on parasite-induced host behavioral manipulation. In this study, we designed a novel protocol to achieve controlled infection intensities (total number of metacercariae) in the laboratory comparable to those seen in nature and quantified brain-region specific parasite abundance. |
