Abstract: |
This repository contains the Mathematica (11.3.0) notebooks that were used to generate figures for the approximation described in "Estimating treatment prolongation for persistent infections". The file "fold increase in treatment length.nb" is used for Figure 4 and 5, and "fold increase in treatment length.txt" is the text version of the code. The file "Efflux pumps.nb" is used for Figure 6 and 7, and "Efflux pumps.txt" is the text version of the code.This file uses the dataset found at https://datarep.app.ist.ac.at/53/, which has to be downloaded for the code to work. |
