This database includes raw data from a simulator experiment with 32 trials. Each trial represents a participant's performance after completion of two different simulated scenarios. The participant was tasked with remotely supervising autonomous ferries and taking preventative actions, if needed. Participants were recruited from two groups: expert maritime navigators and video game players. Data can be used to measure performance and reaction time. The five independent factors investigated where: (A) Skillset (B) Monitoring Time (C) Number of Vessels (D) Available Time and (E) Decision Support System.</dcterms:description><dcterms:subject>Computer and Information Science</dcterms:subject><dcterms:subject>Engineering</dcterms:subject><dcterms:subject>Human-Computer Interaction</dcterms:subject><dcterms:subject>Interaction Design</dcterms:subject><dcterms:subject>Supervisory Control</dcterms:subject><dcterms:subject>Autonomous Vehicles</dcterms:subject><dcterms:isReferencedBy>The related publication is currently under review as a peer-reviewed journal article.
