The SPR data consists of responses obtained from cycles of peptide injection over the lipid membrane, with varying peptide concentrations. The MST data includes fluorescence responses obtained from capillaries with different ratios of tested peptides and lipids. Tested hexapeptides were 1-c(WWWRRR), 2-c(WRWRWR), 3-c(WWWKKK), 4-c(WKWKWK) and 5-c(LWwNKr). The lipid compositions used in the experiments were pure 1,2-dimyristoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DMPC), DMPC with 5% (w/w) 1,2-dimyristoyl-sn-glycero-3-phospho-(1'-rac-glycerol) (DMPG), or DMPC with 10% (w/w) lipopolysaccharides from Escherichia coli O111:B4.
