Study Scope

Keywords:

Earth and Environmental Sciences, Medicine, Health and Life Sciences, Internal transcribed spacer 2 (ITS2), Boreal Forest, Mycobiome, Fungi

Abstract:

This dataset contains the mapfile used to link environmental DNA samples to sequencing libraries (Illumina paired-end reads, fungal ITS2) at PRJNA@. The mapfile contains the relationships between sample IDs, sequencing libraries (forward: R1/reverse: R2), barcodes (tags), and substrates (DNA isolation source).
