Description
| This dataset contains raw data traces from Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) and Microscale Thermophoresis (MST) experiments aimed at determining the binding affinity of peptides with lipid vesicles and lipid nanodiscs. The SPR data consists of responses obtained from cycles of peptide injection over the lipid membrane, with varying peptide concentrations. The MST data includes fluorescence responses obtained from capillaries with different ratios of tested peptides and lipids. Tested hexapeptides were 1-c(WWWRRR), 2-c(WRWRWR), 3-c(WWWKKK), 4-c(WKWKWK) and 5-c(LWwNKr). The lipid compositions used in the experiments were pure 1,2-dimyristoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DMPC), DMPC with 5% (w/w) 1,2-dimyristoyl-sn-glycero-3-phospho-(1'-rac-glycerol) (DMPG), or DMPC with 10% (w/w) lipopolysaccharides from Escherichia coli O111:B4. These data traces are essential for measuring KP (lipid partitioning constant), understanding the peptide-lipid interaction and identifying potential candidates for further analysis. (2023-05-04) |
