Blanco Gonzalez, Enrique, 2026, "Replication Data for: Eelgrass eDNA reveals ecological signatures of connectivity and anthropogenic pressures across North Sea–Skagerrak fjord seascapes", https://doi.org/10.18710/XCTVER, DataverseNO, V1
The data originated from eDNA obtained from surface water samples collected at 19 sampling locations including all major river catchments and fjord systems along the west part of the Agder coast in southern Norway. A multiplexing approach targeting the COI marker was used to characterize eukaryotic communities in coastal fjords. |
